On occasion, you may notice problems logging into the website. After typing in your login and password, you'll find yourself returned to a page that still has the login form on it. Here are a few suggestions we can offer:

Do a "power refresh"

Hold down the shift key while clicking the "reload" button in your web browser. Sometimes the browser will load a copy of the webpage that it stored on disk instead of fetching a fresh copy from the server. Holding down the shift key will force the browser to download the page from the server to ensure that you have the most recent version.

Delete your cookies

Sometimes the cookies stored in your web browser can become corrupted. This will prevent you from logging in properly to the site. To fix this, you will need to delete all cookies for the domain "claws-and-paws.com" from your web browser.
